He is a talented videographer and narrator, and did a wonderful job presenting our houses and land to online viewers with a beautiful video. We purchased a wonderful property with Tim. Our purchasing process was not straightforward, and Tim was there for us through the ups and downs. We live in the Bay Area and could only make it up to Sonoma County occasionally, sometimes with very little notice. Tim always made time for us. Tim also helped us negotiate a tricky offer, which ultimately didn't come through because the sellers were holding out for too high a price. He never got pushy, and in the end we found a much nicer place for less money so it worked out perfectly. We always felt like Tim had our best interest at heart.

Tim has been my agent on three different transactions (as buyer and seller). He has been great: very professional, knowledgeable and diligent. He helped me present my home for sale, helped me with staging, set realistic goals and then brought buyers who offered over the asking price. He hunted for my new home and then guided me through all the steps. He knows the area really well and dealt with everyone (other agents, contractors, property managers, appraisers, banks and inspectors) very professionally and promptly. He kept me up to date all the time and was there to answer any questions I had. We had a few tricky issues with buyers/sellers and inspectors, etc., and he handled them all expertly. I felt like I was in good hands, I got my price (and then some) and then found the home of my dreams. I couldn’t be happier. Tim’s the guy you want to call!

Patient w my wants and needs; put in tons of time and this took 2 real estate seasons (mainly because the property is somewhat eccentric, and we fell out of 1st escrow because of county inspectors dragging their feet).
