Tim helped my wife and I sell our condo and purchase a single family all at the same time. He was excellent at coordinating everything so that nothing was missed and both escrows closed on the same day. We requested a possible early close and he got that done as well. Overall he did a great job and I would gladly refer him to any of my family and friends.
